Breann was born and raised in Grapevine and although she has spent most of her life living in the Dallas Fort Worth Metroplex, she has also traveled and lived throughout the globe.

She started her career in Human Resources at 19 while attending college full-time. Breann graduated from Texas Woman’s University with a Bachelor’s in Psychology and a minor in Business Administration. Three days after graduation, she was on a plane to Baghdad, Iraq to work in an administrative role as a Defense Contractor for a year, and she continued working in austere environments on rotational assignments supporting those fighting abroad for our freedoms. In total, Breann spent three years fulfilling her civic duty working in Iraq, Afghanistan and briefly in Kosovo in the defense contracting industry as a Human Resources professional.

With the goal of focusing on expanding her experience in Human Resources, Breann relocated for domestic promotional opportunities and has also lived in Washington, DC, Pensacola, FL and Charlotte, NC which gave her the opportunity to experience how different cities across our great nation operate. She has also traveled to over 40 countries for work and pleasure and has done business in over 23 countries. 

She obtained her Master’s in Human Resources Management with an emphasis in employment law in 2012 from The Pennsylvania State University while continuing to work full-time. In 2017, she returned to DFW to work for an Oil and Gas Services company, supporting those working for America’s energy independence. In this role, she has been leading all aspects of the Human Resources function serving as the the Director of Human Resources since 2018. 

Breann’s professional experience expands beyond Human Resources as she has a strong knowledge in compliance and ethics, investigations, safety, budgeting, and general business practices.

Breann’s hobbies include spending time with her family and friends, avid traveler, playing with her three dogs (Fred, Ethel and Elk), watching the Dallas Stars and Dallas Cowboys and enjoys spending the weekends on Main Street.
